Robin Edwardsen

Robin is President of LHH Consumer Services. Since joining LHH in 2001, Robin has been instrumental in building the virtual delivery capabilities of LHH. Robin also serves as General Manager of LHH@HOME and Virtual Alternatives, the virtual delivery channel for all of Lee Hecht Harrison's career development and career transition services.

Before joining LHH, Robin served in numerous senior Human Resources positions. Robin was a founding partner and SVP of Operations for a medical consulting firm that grew into one of the largest in the nation.

He earned a BA from Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana and an MA from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.

Phyllis Macklin

Phyllis serves as the Director of Professional Services in our Edison, New Jersey office. In addition to ensuring that our consulting services meet high quality standards, she also personally works with senior clients and serves as an executive coach. Her earlier experience includes co-founding Minsuk, Macklin, Stein & Associates, a successful and respected consulting firm that sold career management and job search assistance to individuals and corporations. She also spent several years doing executive search in the medical diagnostic industry and had an earlier career in speech pathology and audiology.

Phyllis has lectured extensively and been quoted frequently in business and news publications and has developed and presented a variety of workshops to assist corporate managers in the selection, hiring and firing of employees. She counsels individual clients and leads Job Search Work Teams. She has served in leadership positions in several community organizations and been a member of several boards of non-profit organizations (United Way, Junior Achievement, TWIN). A member of The International Association of Career Management Professionals (IACMP), she is a charter member of the New Jersey Chapter, was recently recognized by the International Board for Career Management Certification (IBCMC) as a Fellow Practitioner and is a Tribute for Women In Industry (TWIN) Honoree.

Phyllis holds an MS degree from Rider University and a BS degree from Boston University.

Eileen Howard

As Web Sites Manager, Eileen designs and manages content offered on various LHH Consumer Services Web sites, including CareerTools(TM). She manages the Online Community and supplies information and resources to members. Eileen also provides a variety of evaluation and reporting services to the LHH team.

Eileen formerly worked as a Web Site Producer for AOL-CompuServe, managing five high-traffic consumer Web sites, preparing and coordinating weekly content offerings to members, and managing upwards of 50 online communities and content providers. She is experienced in Web design and usability, and writing for the Web.

In addition, Eileen has 15+ years of experience in consumer and industrial marketing, and public relations. She has lived and worked in four countries, experience which helps her assist international members of CareerTools.

Eileen earned her BA from American University in Washington, D.C., with a double major in Marketing and International Studies.
